ayudabet employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account also depends on the security practices you maintain on your own device. You are advised not to access your ayudabet account from shared or public devices.
ayudabet accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ayudabet does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification of account identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ayudabet targets same-day processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.
ayudabet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, as required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law. Funds in your ayudabet wallet are held securely and are not used for any operational purpose of the Company. Player funds are maintained separately from Company operational accounts in accordance with PAGCOR licensing obligations.
From time to time, ayudabet may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering or turnover requirements, eligible games, time limits on use, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (turnover requirement) before they may be withdrawn. Wagering on games with a house edge below a specified threshold may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward turnover requirements. All bets placed through ayudabet are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet before confirming placement. In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds or game information resulting from a technical fault, ayudabet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts.
Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game conducted in ayudabet's certified studio environment and are final. RNG-based game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator and are final. ayudabet does not alter game outcomes after the fact under any circumstances.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ayudabet platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

ayudabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory obligation, court order, or self-exclusion request by the account holder. In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be honoured subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to a good-faith resolution process through ayudabet's customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body under the PAGCOR framework or, where applicable, to the proper courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over such matters.
